Fed up with all those mass produced “wines” full of chemicals and full of flavour... Then welcome to Bertrand and Nicholas. We are a small Independent Wine Merchants based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. Walk pass our doors and you will discover a range of true wines, made by passionate people and, of course, somebody who is equally passionate about what he sells:me. And my passion for mainstream, branded and mass produced wines, I am afraid, is kind of very short, non existent.
At the question of why mostly French wines? Simple, put aside the main wine producing regions in France and, now, you can embark on a true wine discovery: small producers, wines of character, odd grape varieties. And this is what it is all about. Bring something different for you, the customer, to discover, try and enjoy.
