TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum order : there is no minimum order to purchase from us, but be aware of the delivery charge per single bottles. You can of course buy mixed cases.
Payment and dispatch : only Cheques, Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch cards, BACS payments accepted. We don’t accept American Express or Diner’s Club. Your order will only be dispatched once payment received and cleared.
Prices and vintages may change without notice and we reserve the right to correct any pricing ( in case we will advise you of such change before we process your order)
Claims : goods must be examined at the time of delivery and breakages notified to us on the day of delivery
Delivery area : we only deliver in mainland UK. Bond to Bond transfers can be arranged (subject to conditions)
Orders for a value of £500+ are delivered free of charge.
We also offer a free delivery service in London for orders above £350. Deliveries are usually Sunday morning. For weekday deliveries, the congestion charge will be added.
Availability of wines : you will appreciate that some of our wines are produced in finite quantities and we may run out of stock, waiting for a shipment, a new vintage to be released. In such event, we should notify you and advise you when the wine will be available. You may, of course, cancel your order should you wish to and we reserve the right at our discretion to decline to accept any order
Our aim is that you get your wines within five days of ordering it. As customer service is a high priority to us, we will contact you to advise you when you will get your wine delivered and of any delays if that arise. Please notify us if you want your order left with a neighbour or safe place in case you won’t be present at home. We can also arrange for your order to be delivered at your workplace.
We do not take payment before we are ready to dispatch your order ( except for cheque's payments)
We do not disclose details of our customers, mailing list to any other organisations
